Noblesse palace – Lifestyle Palace
The restoration of a lost world

The former Berkowitz residence now has a new, brilliant appearance, thanks to the meticulous restoration interventions. There have been interventions on all essential elements related to the interior, such as interior carpentry, stuccoes, and exposed brickwork.
Equally important were the fragments painstakingly recovered and brought back to the reality of the time in which they were created, such as the two marble stoves and the staircase at the entrance of the house.
The exterior interventions complement the Noblesse Palace project and have included elements of architecture and restoration of façade decorations, decorative wrought iron elements, as well as functional utility elements such as balconies, awnings, and the entrance gate.
Last but not least, attention was given to the garden surrounding the house by reclaiming the pathways, installing period-specific environmental furniture, and, of course, landscaping.
